Compost, Recycling & Waste Diversion

Since day one we have been partnered with Green Event Services to support our Green Event Initiative. Thanks to their efforts, we diverted 96% of waste from landfills in 2015. We are proud to say that 100% of our food and beverage vendors use compostable plates, utensils and cutlery.

Compost and Recycling stations are set up all around the site for proper disposal of all waste.

We have partnered with DIG ( Do It Green Events ) to provide water buggies that supply all patrons with free fresh drinking water. Please note that bottled water is banned from Circle The Wagons – instead, we encourage the use of refillable containers to stay hydrated in the sunshine.


Energy Plan

New to 2016, we are proud to announce our partnership with Portable Electric. Portable Electric specializes in supplying noise and emission free power stations for events. This year we will have the entire Portable Electric ‘Eco System’ onsite with 10 x VoltStack Mini stations powering vendors, site lighting, etc. We will also have the VoltStack Boss powering the entire BassBus stage. There will also be a free charging station for portable devices. –

Alternate Transportation

We encourage all patrons to utilize alternate sources of transportation to access the event. This year we are providing free shuttles non-stop for the duration of the event from the nearest LRT station. We are also bringing in a number of bike racks for easy safe storage for our friends on two wheels.
