MEET THE RINGMASTERS
We are a group of creators, thinkers, and innovators who are passionate about creating events and spaces for people to gather, connect, and celebrate. BassBus grew from a love of musical, artistic events around the world. Parties, shows and festivals are a delicate balance of passion and priorities, and we love nothing more than getting our hands dirty and finding the perfect blend of creativity and practicality. We’re a small team with a large extended family who are dedicated to the mindful expansion of art and community.
We are event organizers, a commercial transportation business, and a production company that draws from a diverse artist and talent network. Much of our success has come from encouragement of the artists around us to connect and share their ideas and talents. We are proud to have grown alongside hundreds of creatives from across the artistic spectrum: graphic artists, singer-songwriters, painters, DJs, writers, dancers, circus performers, and countless more in between and farther afield.
That colourful cast of friends and compatriots is the engine of ideas and motivation that drives us to enable and execute colourful, dynamic and unique events all over Western Canada.
At BassBus, we believe growth starts from within.
We are a beacon familiarity – expect positivity, inclusivity and enthusiasm.
We believe that it’s better to share than to compete, and better to grow together than burn out.VISIT THE BASSBUS WEBSITEBASSBUS ON FACEBOOKBASSBUS ON TWITTER
Some of the best things happen over beer. Ideas are born, friendships forged, deals struck, communities built. That’s how Village Brewery began, friends sharing beers and dreams. A brewery that would support Calgary’s artists and craftspeople. A brewery that would create the excellent ales and lagers our friends and neighbors deserve. Please join our table, lift a pint and salute your Village.VISIT THE VB WEBSITEVISIT VB ON FACEBOOKVILLAGE ON TWITTER
YYCFoodTrucks took off in late 2010 in an effort to kickstart street food culture in Calgary. Though we started in a kind of Wild West, with no existing program or template for mobile street food, our fair city’s appetite for the idea was immediately clear.
Calgary has quickly become a Mecca for innovative food culture. Our organization and the vendors we support are constantly growing and executing locally made, sustainable food in a fun and professional way. Our goal has always been to add vibrancy to our city’s streets and bring people together in its beautiful spaces.YYCFOODTRUCKS WEBSITEYYCFOODTRUCKS ON FACEBOOKYYCFOODTRUCKS ON TWITTER
